I tried to make my name available for chat, but it says I’m signed on at another computer.?

I’ve only been on one other computer today. I called them and they checked and I’m not signed in. What could be wrong?

if you’re just on your plain email account, make sure that’s the only tab you have open with it. I’ve gotten this many times. Also, you can’t have messenger and your email’s chat open at the same time and both signed in.
